The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support across a variety of HR programs all of which will help shape the business going forward.


General Administration Support:

?Assists with all HR related audits (401(k), benefits, DOL, OFCCP, etc.), as well as coordinates the process for performing all required Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) and furnishes Summary Annual Report (SARs) to all participants.

?Tracks changes to the employee handbook and helps to coordinate the communication of all company policies and procedures.

?Assists with maintaining current job descriptions and organization charts.

?Coordinates Employee Events (i.e. company functions, wellness events, retirements, employee recognition events, etc.).


?Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or related field and 1+ year of directly related HR experience; OR Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of directly related HR experience in a similar role.
