European Product Marketing Manager

IOT Solutions provider, are looking for a European-based product marketer to join their global B2B marketing team who can execute both global, regional and local plans in key European countries.

The successful candidate will be based in one of our client's key target countries, working from one of their anchor offices in Europe, or from home remotely with a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Job Specification

Develop effective product marketing launch plans and tactics to introduce new products, solutions and features into the marketplace, to ensure your product portfolio reaches its maximum potential.
Develop an in-depth understanding of market, industry trends, regulations, competitive positioning and commercial challenges through qualitative research, customer interviews, sales and product management engagement.
Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams to deliver marketing programmes for lead generation and brand awareness among specific verticals.
Generate content strategy, themes, outlines and deliver relevant content which can be used in ads, social media, outbound campaigns.
Craft marketing copy across channels (blog, datasheets, brochures, ebooks, case studies, video scripts, landing pages, emails, press releases).
Localise campaigns into multiple European languages.
Concept, plan and execute marketing campaigns by working with PR, Design, Digital, Social Media, Events and content marketing teams.
Support the Sales team with their go to market strategy, and provide sales enablement tools, lead identification and field marketing support.
Generate prospects lists, databases, articles, speaker opportunities, influencer relationships and marketing partnerships to grow awareness in specific European countries.

Person Specification:

Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and at least one or more European languages (preferably German, French or Spanish).
Understanding of European socio, economic and cultural nuances and considerations.
5+ years of experience as a B2B Product Marketer.
Ideally experience in the logistics/maritime/marine/freight forwarding/transportation tech/ IoT transportation space.
Excellent editorial/content/ writing skills, communication skills, with strong ability to write, and speak.
Solid product marketing fundamentals such as research, positioning, customer profiles, personas, messaging and storytelling.
Natural team player and experience working with marketing/creative teams to deliver effective campaigns.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely as part of an integrated team.
