A respected, professional Construction Consultancy Practice are looking for a focused, confident Senior Project Manager to join their Winchester based team.

The Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager will mainly be working within the Residential and Regeneration Sector, handling international and regional projects across high-tech clients, prime residential, councils, developers, and world's best academic institutes.

The successful Senior Project Manager's goal is to work collaboratively with the nationwide, diverse Project Management team on varied projects, developing themselves in their career and the business client base.

The Senior Project Manager

Ideally chartered, progressing to chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB,
Significant experience in a construction, design and build project management role in a consultancy
The ability to lead projects and teams
Flexibility, reliability and a 'can do' attitude
Exceptional communicative skillIn Return?

£54,000 - £64,000
