Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (SEN point available depending on responsibilities)

A highly regarded secondary school in Cheltenham is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teacher to support students with a range of additional needs within the mainstream setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a school that values inclusion and personalised learning.

You’ll work closely with the SENCO and support team to develop individualised strategies that help students thrive academically and socially.

You Will Be Expected To:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with learners who have EHCPs or additional needs

Collaborate with class teachers to promote inclusive classroom practice

*

Monitor progress and contribute to personalised learning plans

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has QTS and experience working with SEND learners in a secondary setting

*

Is passionate about inclusion, empathy, and student-centred practice

*

Can adapt teaching to suit a range of needs and learning styles

*

Values collaboration and safeguarding excellence
