Home-based role
SDR £35,000 basic with £10k uncapped OTE and stock options

The Company recruiting for the Account Executive:
A great opportunity has arisen to join this award-winning company. The company has grown considerably in the last year, so are therefore looking to extend their new business team further. They have a list of industry awards that are as long as your arm. They are recognised as a market-leading business in their space and have an excellent reputation in the market. The company are now a scale-up business and are growing at 50% year-on-year. They are well funded and will be looking to secure Series A funding imminently.

The Role of the SDR:
Reporting to the sales director, you will be responsible for generating new business appointments for the more senior members of the team. Deals are complex and sales cycles can be long with multiple decision makers involved in the process. The role is well supported but you will need to be prepared and used to generating your own appointments and outreach, researching and nurturing prospects and be familiar with the tools necessary to do this well ie LinkedIn. The company are very supportive and help in your development. There are excellent opportunities for progression into senior new business, customer success or marketing roles.

The Candidate for the SDR:
The successful candidate needs to have 12 months previous sales experience. They are happy to consider candidates that need work and development but above all you will need to possess spark and have a bit about you. You will need to understand sales and the role of an SDR. You will need to have no ego and want to continuously learn and develop, be intelligent, ask great questions, be honest, trustworthy and have the hunger and desire to make money.

The Package for the SDR:
£35,000 with £10k uncapped OTE and stock options
