Working with our prestigious, market leading client based in Swansea you will join their busy customer services team. My client is an award-winning business process outsource provider who partners with both private and public sectors.

Working on the VW account specifically we are looking for tenacious individuals who can handle inbound customer calls. You will be managing all calls through from start to resolution. Learn all internal process, policies and systems to ensure all the role's responsibilities can be carried out.

Experience and qualifications required:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of Customer Service.
Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role, taking on board new tasks and processes as the role grows.
A good background within and strong interest in the customer service industry.
Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative.
Experience of communicating with a high volume of customers to deliver an outstanding service.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
MS Office Knowledge, particularly with Outlook.

This role is based in central Swansea five days a week Monday to Friday, you will work a 40-hour working week. Shifts patterns operate from 8am - 8pm.

Salary: £19,340
