Our client, a leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries and neurodisabilities, is looking for a Lead School Nurse to join their dedicated team. As a Lead School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and clinical leadership within a specialist educational setting. You’ll join a charity renowned for its exceptional rehabilitation, education, and community support services, all designed to enhance the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities as a Lead School Nurse:
Provide strong leadership and clinical supervision to the School Health Team
Deliver safe, person-centred care for children with complex medical needs
Lead immunisation initiatives and health promotion across the school
Coordinate and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical best practices
Benefits:
Competitive salary of up to £59,129
Monday to Friday, 37.5 p/w – no weekends

What We’re Looking For:
NMC Registered Nurse (Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse)
Experience in managing complex health needs
Minimum two years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent level
Confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and writing professional clinical reports
