Description

We are looking to recruit a team of customer service advisors for our client in Horsham. This is a full time, office based role with an immediate start based close to Horsham town centre.

Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all queries from customers either on the phone or via email.
* Working closely with the database to ensure everything is logged.
* Identifying new customer opportunities
* Dealing with customer issues and complaints.
* Carrying out courtesy calls to build and maintain customer relations.
* Informing customers of delays on products
* Input all new contracts into the database.
* To create and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers enabling customer retention and referrals.
* Helping clients minimise problems and issues

* Display commercial awareness and business acumen.
* Confident with multitasking.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Adaptable and self-motivated
* Confident and friendly telephone manner.
* A true “people person”
* A positive, pro-active and resourceful individual.
* A team player who’s willing to go above and beyond to help others.
* Able to think around issues to find solutions that work for everyone.
* Always putting the customer first.
Benefits:
* £ 25,250p/a perm
* Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
