A global FMCG manufacturer in the Northamptonshire area is looking for a new Supply & Demand Analyst to join their expanding team to be responsible for developing forecasting activities, review historical trends and create future models to build strategy, stock health, and incorporating business intelligence from all internal teams, interacting with procurement, sales, and finance.

Reporting to the Customer Manager, the Supply & Demand Analyst will create and maintain forecast models for customers. You will establish numerous stakeholder relationships and build supply chain relationships.

What the role involves:
- Producing forecasts and capacity plans, ensuring that they accurately reflect overall strategy and priorities.
- Produce creative, relevant and meaningful insights by interpreting all available data, patterns and trends to then be effectively presented and easy interpreted by stakeholders.
- Working internally with Procurement, Sales and Finance to ensure capacity plans are accurate, and externally with customers/distribution partners.

The person we hope to find:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Supply & Demand Analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and identify trends, impact assess changing variables, and process improvements.
- Ability to work on own initiative, managing own time effectively whilst also being a great team player.

Salary and Benefits:
£32k - £34k per annum + 5% bonus + pension + holidays
