My client is an established yet growing MEP consultancy in the North East, they require a driven and ambitious Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very profitable business who pride themselves on their strong company vision focusing on growth, culture and profitability over turnover. They offer a range of specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services, from small designs to large tenders, detailed design duties to MEP Performance duties. They are happy to take ownership and design projects through each RIBA stage of work, through to Handover.

They have a secure pipeline of work within the region with repeat clients on projects across Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial and much more.

Responsibilities:

- Design and concept work

- Client facing duties in holding meetings, client liaising and business development

- Managing junior staff throughout the process and providing strong mentorship

- Financial responsibilities for projects

- Site involvement

You would be joining a strong team where each individual showcases hard-work and passion in their role. They value each individual at all levels providing commercial exposure to each person.
