The role

EB Charging is accelerating the roll out of electric charging points to help communities embrace cleaner energy. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans that drive sales growth and promote EB/Blink’s products and services across different channels, particularly digital. The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, analysing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. To enhance company social media presence through innovative social media campaigns and compelling web content.

The Marketing Manager will work with the Blink Group marketing team and will work closely with the Commercial Director to build brand and offer in the UK&I market.

What you’ll be doing

* Develop creative content to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including digital, social and print.

* Create social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and implementation schedules that align to brand guidelines and drive sales growth/promote EB/Blink’s products and services.

* Help to manage and develop digital assets to improve the customer experience.

* Build brand preference across a range of digital channels.

* Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events.

* Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

* Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

* Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

What we’re looking for

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns and digital related marketing activity

* Excellent working knowledge of leading social media channels, website content management systems and performance monitoring tools in a business context. Ideally Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Wordpress, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office suite, GA and SEO/SEM tools

* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

* Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

* Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
