Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Manager

Job Location: Kent / Maidstone, / Sevenoaks - any Kent area, UK

Type of Job: Full-time, Permanent. 40 hrs

Salary: Up To £48000 plus car allowance £3000

First Option Healthcare is recruiting for a Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) to become a Complex Care Paediatric Nurse Clinical Lead to lead, manage and develop Paediatric Care Packages across Kent and the surrounding area.

Essential skills required for this Paediatric Nurse Clinical Lead

* Confident, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels

* TU, HDU, PICU, NICU, Complex Care experienced ideal

* Vents and Tracheostomy experience essential

* Strong organisational skills, including risk management

* Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver results

Package & salary for Paediatric Nurse Manager:

* £41000 to £48000 +/- depending upon experience

* Car Allowance £3000

Responsibilities for this Paediatric Nurse Clinical Lead role include:

* Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards

* To play a role in the continuous development of the company

* To provide a professional service to the company

* To provide expertise on all paediatric clinical issues

* Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our paediatric care packages'

* Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants

* Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to services

* Ensuring a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients

Qualifications required for this Paediatric Nurse Manager:

* Registered Sick Children Nurse, General Nurse Practitioner – Paediatric Branch/ RSCN / RCN

* Full UK driving licence

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years post registration nursing experience

* Management experience/qualification ideal

* Current NMC reg
