Location: Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex

Salary: £48,000 per annum + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Hours: Full Time- 37.5 hours

The home boasts excellent facilities including a café, hairdressing salon and a cinema room for residents to enjoy. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a forward thinking and leading healthcare provider in their lovely nursing home based in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex The service boasts an excellent reputation and achieved an incredible OUTSTANDING on their recent CQC rating. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities. This versatile service also provides specialised care for residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for a Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential for this position.
