A leading independent pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator, to join their facility based in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Principal Quality Officer, the core function of the role will be to assist with the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System. You will issue reference numbers for SOPs, QC codes, validation protocols, handle the activation and control of new and updated documents on Q-Pulse, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Chemistry documentation, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs). You will issue BMRs and BPRs to manufacturing, check production labels against previously approved master labels, handle filing and archiving of documentation and records and manage archived materials.

To be considered for the role candidates must have experience of working in a highly regulated industry, preferably pharmaceuticals and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Experience working with an electronic QMS such as QPulse would be an advantage.
