Our well established engineering/manufacturing client based in Leeds (central) are looking to recruit a trainee CNC Turner Setter Operator. To qualify for this role you will need to have worked on a CNC Lathe/Turning machine for at least 1 year recently. You will be provided with 1 - 1 training until you are able to set edit and operate the turning machines independently. We will also accept more qualified candidates and salary will increase DOE.

THE ROLE:

* Setting, editing and operating CNC Lathe/Turning Centres

* Welcoming 1 - 1 training to develop your skills

* Machining precision components for the oil and gas industries/many more

* Working with metal materials, and exotic materials

THE CANDIDATE:

* At least 1 years experience in a CNC operating position (recent)

* Must have the drive to learn new skills in engineering and develop as an employee

* Must be dedicated to this line of work (no stop gap opportunities)

THE SALARY AND BENEFITS:

* Monday to Thursday 14:00 – 23:30 Permanent Late Shift

* Free car parking

* Permanent role

* Local bus routes, fuel stations and eateries

* Salary Rises once trained - Up to £14.42 per hour
