General Purpose: Fact find for prospect clients within the internal CRM and externally through lead sourcing to pass to the sales team to advance and close the sale.

Reports to: Operations Manager/Senior Divisional Manager/Divisional Manager  
Duties / Responsibilites:

Generate sales leads
Complete fact-finding activity to prospect clients
Populate the CRM with key client information
Ensure leads are contacted to establish key criteria
Understand the basics of staffing supply
Follow up in writing to sales leads via email/letter
Support and generate e-shot campaigns
Standards of Performance:

Update and maintain CRM to a good standard
Meet agreed KPI’s as set by line manager
Adhere to procedural compliance
