We are recruiting for a Customer care Administrator on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract.

Salary: £19,731

Working hours: 9am til 5pm / Monday to Friday

About the company

A market leading benefits service for the emergency services, NHS, social care sector and armed forces community.

What you will be doing.

You will be picking up all emails and enquiries that come through via email.

* Approving members ID applications

* Processing applications

* Updating Customer and Client information

* Assisting Customers with any queries they have

* Using an online ticketing system

* Providing support through a Live chat system

What you will need:

* Customer Service experience

* Administration experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to meet targets and work under pressure

* You must be invested and passionate about giving back to our key workers
