What This Role Involves:

Supporting the Head of Art in leading curriculum development and assessment

*

Mentoring and developing teaching staff and trainees

*

Teaching a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, digital art and print

Leading on display, exhibitions and cross-curricular arts projects

*

Contributing to GCSE and A-Level success through innovation and inclusion

What You’ll Bring:

A passion for the arts and outstanding subject knowledge

Experience in teaching Art at KS3–KS5 with excellent student outcomes

Leadership potential and strong organisational skills

Ability to inspire both students and colleagues

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
