The role
We are looking for a general teaching assistant to support across Key Stages 3 to 5. Whether you’re experienced in SEN support or just getting started, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication. You will be working Monday to Friday in a dynamic secondary setting, assisting in classrooms, supporting individual students, and helping to deliver creative and inclusive learning experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
• Passionate about young people’s development
• Confident working in a fast-paced secondary environment
• Able to support students with a range of learning needs
• A team player who communicates clearly and effectively

Key responsibilities
• Provide in-class support to students and teaching staff
• Assist students with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Help manage classroom resources and promote a positive learning environment
• Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) where necessary
• Support the pastoral and emotional needs of pupils
