Legal Assistant - Employment Law Team
Location: Redditch
Salary: up to £26k

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join our client's well-established Employment Law Team in their Redditch office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general support to the team, including court bundle preparation, documentation, and dictation.
Open, maintain, and close client files using ALB case management software.
Handle billing and client onboarding, including collecting initial details and sending care letters and ID checks.
Manage client calls and enquiries, including overflow and new leads.
Track upcoming hearings and maintain enquiry logs.
Research and coordinate attendance at local networking events.
Support business development through local market research
Handle post and banking duties.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the office's smooth operation.
Assist with any other duties as required.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a legal assistant or secretary (preferred).
Solid understanding of legal office operations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with case management systems (preferably ALB).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
