SunIRef:Manu Job Title Onboarding Specialist Job Description Summary Onboard new employees for the CW @Google account Job Description May be responsible for one or more of the following: Work independently and/or within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects Responsible for all tasks associated with onboarding an individual as applicable Act as liaison with other departments and our client, including executive-level staff Work with client onboarding services team to help onboard new employees Manage and communicate the onboarding calendar/schedule Schedule and organize complex activities such as new employee orientation and 30-60-90 Day onboarding with hiring managers Perform advanced G-Suite (sheets, decks, documents) graphics, database, and presentations Initiate and respond to correspondence Handle confidential and non-routine information Facilitate the onboarding process which includes team-building activities with groups of 20 or more Organize, plan and attend new employee lunches, activities with follow-up High energy people person to energize groups of new people who do not know each other Any other reasonable tasks as requested by management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school Diploma or GED 3+ years of customer service, similar experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and follow through Ability to handle and keep confidential, sensitive information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
