JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Clerk on a contract basis, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete accurate and timely entry of data in Maximo
Support maintenance operations by performing systems transactions as specified by the CE Manager & Supervisor Activities
Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
When capable, act as a resource for some training or technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems, in particular the CMMS, RITE, INTRACK.
Report any system issues, bugs or deficiencies to Business Systems Manager and when necessary.
Monitor compliance of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions
Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
When capable, act as a resource for some training or technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems, in particular the CMMS.

REQUIREMENTS

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data entry and system transactions.
Previous Experience in a similar role
