Domiciliary Care Manager – Southampton – Up to £40,000 (Pro Rata)
Part-Time (Full-Time Considered) | Established Domiciliary Care Company

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable domiciliary care provider in Southampton, currently seeking an experienced and driven Domiciliary Care Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (with flexibility for full-time if preferred).
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable and supportive organisation that prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.

The Role:
As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance, staff performance, and excellent standards of care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and the care team, while driving quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the delivery of domiciliary care services
Lead a team of care coordinators and field staff
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Oversee care planning, assessments, and service user reviews
Participate in on-call duties and support operational requirementsRequirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and building team cultureSalary & Benefits:

Up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
