Description

Role: Domestic Energy Assessor / Surveyor
Location: Aberdeen
Duration: 2 month contract - (Apply online only) properties

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor to support one of our clients carrying out surveys and EPC assessments across residential properties in the Aberdeen region.

Assessors must have previous experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties.

* No appointments made

* Letters sent out to the tenants

* Stock Condition Survey + EPC Assessment

* Surveys carried out on tablet device

Minimum commitment of 4 days a week, 7 hours a day would be expected, however flexibility may be considered for the right candidates.

Paid on a per survey rate. Lodgement Fee covered by the client. Earning potential for this contract from previous data is 6-10 Surveys per Day
