XCL Group are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy office in Huddersfield. This is a part-time position that is offering 8 - 10 hours per week and could be worked in one day or across 2 days. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on accuracy and has an efficient work ethos.
Job Responsibilities
* Recording the hours for temporary workers and submitting a payroll report.
* Updating systems and records with absences and holidays.
* Raising and sending out invoices and updating sales ledgers on a weekly basis.
* Basic credit control and answering any payroll / invoicing queries.
* Send regular statements when necessary.
* Correlating new starter information and reviewing compliance documentation.
* Regular mail merges with clients and candidates.
Job Requirements
* Past experience dealing with Payroll / Administration would be required.
* Excellent knowledge of Word, Outlook & Excel.
* Full training on our CRM system will be given.
* Must have a keen eye for detail as accuracy is key to this role.
* Confident Liaising with customers over the phone.
Working Hours:
* Tuesday 9am – 5:30pm (8 hours)
OR
* Tuesday 9:30am – 3pm & Wednesday 9:30am – 3pm (10 hours)
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part time role that could fit around school hours and would be a long-term role. We are looking for someone who likes to keep busy and who’s capable of managing a growing workload and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
