Spare Parts Manager
Location: Bicester Depot, Bicester, OX25 1AE
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum. Final package negotiable.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Benefits: Company pension, 20 days holiday per annum plus blank holidays.

The company is dedicated to quality management and is ISO 9001 registered. In addition, all engineers are registered with the CSCS Construction Skills Scheme.
About the Role
Utranazz are looking for a Spare Parts Manager to join our friendly and fast-paced team. The role will be to manage our full range of concrete equipment parts, including:
• Concrete Mixers
Volumetric Mixers
• Concrete Pumps
• Concrete Batching Plants
• Cement Silos
• Concrete Block Moulds
• Accessories
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys problem-solving and multitasking.
Along with this, as a Spare Parts Manager you will be responsible or:
• Responding to spare parts enquiries via telephone and email
• Producing quotations and pro-forma invoices using Sage
• Managing customer accounts and providing after-sales support
• Ordering parts from UK suppliers and international manufacturers (Italy, Mexico, USA)
• Organising dispatch and delivery of parts via couriers and freight companies
• Handling warranty claims and resolving technical issues
• Booking and managing equipment services
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Managing stock levels for all essential spare parts
• Producing manuals for machinery
• Performing general administrative tasks as required
• Attending industry exhibitions
• Customer site visits
To be successful in this role you must possess:
• Previous experience working in a spare parts department (construction, automotive, truck, or engineering industries preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and willing to support other areas of the business as needed.
It would be great if you had:
• Experience using Sage Accounts and Sage CRM (training can be provided).
• Familiarity with freight and courier arrangements.
• Basic technical knowledge of concrete equipment or related machinery.
