£100,000 to £110,000 + 25 days Holiday + Share Options + Progression + Remote

Amazing opportunity on offer for an Engineering Manager to come on board an Audio publishing platform that is using state-of-the-art AI tools & looking to add an addition to the Machine Learning team with a hands-on approach to getting full responsibility.

This company is using state-of-the-art AI tools to convert text to speech for various different forms of media, both for consumers & commercially, making that leap into the future of AI, offering you the chance to get on board in helping drive this change.

In this role, you will be at the Front leading the growth of the Machine Learning team & helping to collaborate across the business ensuring the project's succession. Alongside helping to develop and maintain the deployment pipeline, you will be responsible in the succession of the project and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will come from either a Machine learning or successful start-up background who is confident in Python frameworks and Restful API's. As well as experience with MLops and full product lifecycle experience, who is self-driven and looking to progress technically.

The Role:

*Lead & growing out the Machine Learning team

*Work alongside other sectors of the business to ensure project completion is reached

*Help to develop and maintain the deployment pipeline

*Hands-on in writing, reviewing and documenting code

*£100,000 to £110,000 + 25 days Holiday + Share Options + Progression + Remote

The Person:

*Commercially experienced in Python frameworks & programming (Pytorch, Tensorflow)

*Managed the full life cycle of projects

*Comfortable with MLops (MLflow, Terraform, Docker)

*Successful track record of leading a team
