Description

Nexgen Locum are currently looking for an experienced and resilient Support Workers in Lancashire.

As a Support Worker you are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a number of designated services to including the support to individuals and management of resources within the services. The people we support have vulnerabilities and mental health challenges ranging from; Autism, Schizophrenia, Severe Learning Disabilities, OCD, Depression, Anxiety and others, you must be passionate about care and eager to learn and provide support as required.

Working patterns -
Your working hours will be worked flexibly as part of a team or number of teams including daytime, evening, sleep-in shifts and weekend work.
These include a mixture of:
Early - 8am to 3pm
Late - 3pm to 10pm
Sleeping from 10pm to 8am
Need to be flexible and work weekends, all staff get one weekend off every 3 weeks.
