Administrative & Communications Assistant Job in Islington, North London

An Administrative & Communications Assistant job is now available in Islington, North London. You would be supporting a passionate architectural team focused on high end residential projects!

This client is a dynamic studio of London Architects who deliver ambitious and extraordinary residential projects. They have cultivated a reputation for combining functionality and elegance. This architecture firm have had their work featured in Elle Decoration, the Financial Times, Grand Designs and the Guardian.

Our client is looking for an Administrative and Communications Assistant with
previous administrative experience.
The ideal candidate would be capable of coordinating the administrative functions of the
business and supporting with general practice management, HR, financial and communications activities.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage, screen and redirect incoming calls and emails
Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager and Head of Communications
Assist with invoicing, marketing, social media, HR processes
Coordinate meetings as required
Manage professional subscriptions/insurances and renewals
Manage office expenses and petty cash
Coordinate CPD's and external support and supplies
Assist with monthly newsletters
Monitor and report monthly on communications parameters
Assist in seeking press coverage and PR promotions.Required Skills & Experience

Outstanding organisational skills
Excellent administrative ability
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues alike
Fluency with Microsoft Office package
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Experience or understanding of architecture and design is desirable
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Eligibility to work in the UK.What you get back

Salary of £25,000 - £33,000
