Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing organisation that is looking to add an Office Administrator to its existing team in Ipswich.

You will work closely with the QA Support in the office and will build a collaborative working relationship with the QA team outside the office to complete a range of administration tasks including:

* Receiving, recording and issuing daily quality assurance site audit reports
* Tracking and progressing installer accreditation applications
* Participating in the organisation of upskilling workshops of installer operatives
* Assisting with planning and diary management for the QA team
* Uploading information to our central CRM system
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Candidate skills and attributes

A commitment to and enthusiasm for excellent customer service and communication are essential attributes. The role is well suited to someone who is organised, meticulous and can prioritise work to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will:

* Have excellent IT and administration skills (Microsoft Office 365; there will be training in additional bespoke software platforms)
* Be able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
* Be friendly, proactive and enjoy working in a team
* Be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with colleagues and clients

Working hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with a one-hour break for lunch
