We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Manager who will have full responsibility for the management and operation of the Beyond Housing fleet.

As Fleet Manager, you will oversee the management of all aspects of our fleet, including the size and make-up of the fleet, servicing and MOT’s, driver performance and the significant financial budget. You will be responsible for planning and managing the renewal of the Beyond Housing fleet, ensuring all business requirements are met, and supporting the company’s carbon zero targets.

The role is very challenging, but rewarding, and will require the successful candidate to work closely with numerous departments, external agencies and partners to drive forward the performance of our fleet, supporting our colleagues and customers.
