Description

We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to work for an expanding automotive manufacturing organisation in Blackpool.

This is an exciting time to join the company, with substantial project wins and re-investment in the facility already scheduled this year,

Running a factory of circa 60 employees, you will oversee all manufacturing processes, including continuous improvement and new process requirements, as well as H&S, materials, quality, KPI and budgetary adherence, alongside an experienced leadership team beneath you.

The role will suit a dynamic, positive and forward-thinking leader with experience in managing production / assembly plants in the past. No automotive experience is required.

Salary range is £55,000 - 75,000, DOE, plus monthly and annual bonus schemes.

This is an onsite role with a flexible approach to working hours.

Contract / interim options may also be considered on a short-term basis whilst we continue the search for a permanent candidate.
