What You’ll Be Doing:

As Quality Manager, you’ll report into the Site Manager and Group Quality Manager. You’ll lead a dedicated quality team (1 Team Leader & 5 Officers on a 3-on/3-off shift pattern) and act as the driving force behind all quality, food safety, and microbiology standards at the site.

Conduct microbiological investigations and troubleshooting with R&D and site teams.

Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective actions.

Champion quality training, toolbox talks, and site-wide engagement.

Support NPD and product launch activities.

Report on site performance and KPIs, and chair Quality Committee meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Quality Manager within FMCG (ideally food/drinks).

Strong leadership skills – confident in coaching, mentoring, and influencing across all levels.

Confident with authority but empathetic and relationship-driven.

Solid understanding of BRC and HACCP standards (Level 3 or above).

Skilled in managing audits, investigations, and quality reporting.

Proactive, driven and keen to lead change and raise standards.
