Our client is a prominent Derby employer based near the centre of Derby. They are presently recruiting a Collections Administrator to complement their existing team. This role requires a mix blend of site 2-3days and the remainder days working from home.

Principal accountabilities will include:

* Producing and sending statements to customers

* Ensuring all contact details are correctly recorded on the system

* Report all customer arrangements for payment, escalating if necessary through the dispute process

* Produce accurate account information to support debt management meetings

* Ensure timely cash allocation to invoices

* Complete bad debt write off

* Ad hoc administrative duties as required

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will ideally have previous credit control experience and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. You should also have strong Excel experience, having put pivot tables together previously. You should also be a team player with an excellent telephone manner who is willing to commit to a 12 month contract.
