Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Staff living in or around Redditch? Do you thrive working a challenging environment?
GSL Education is looking to fill a vacancy of a SEN department in a vibrant school who are currently recruiting for Support Staffs for September 2021. 
It is an inspiring and successful school in Redditch. There are SEND children within each class and your role will be to support their individual needs. The needs might include ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, global delay, SEMH, physical and behavioural challenges. Experience working with one or more of these is ideal for this role.
Have you got?

Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
Have recent experience with children with EBD, SEMH, Autism and other challenging behaviour.
Be committed and motivated in raising standards.
A strong ability to differentiate work that enables students to excel.
Must apply for disclosure barred service or currently registered to the updated service.
Understanding approaches to challenging behaviour.Successful candidates will benefit from:
