Their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is at the heart of our school and are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to work closely with our client schools EYFS team to support children's learning, development, and well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the early years of education and who has the passion and skills to support young learners in their early stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for children within the EYFS.

Assist with the delivery of activities that promote learning through play.

Support children's social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships.

Help with the preparation and maintenance of learning resources and the classroom environment.

Observe and record children's progress, feeding back to the class teacher.

Work closely with the EYFS team to implement individual learning plans.

Support the development of children's speech, language, and communication skills.

Assist with lunchtime supervision and outdoor play.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.

A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work as part of a team and show initiative.

A nurturing approach and a passion for working with young children.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
