Substation Electrical Supervisor – Eccles – July Start – Outside IR35

Location: Eccles, UK
Rate: £350–£400 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 40 Weeks
Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Opportunities for Overtime)
Start Date: July 2025
Accommodation Allowance: Can be discussed if required

GS3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a major substation project kicking off in Eccles this July. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term scheme with a competitive day rate and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors on site

*

Ensure compliance with QEHS standards

*

Conduct regular inspections and monitor work progress

*

Manage site documentation and reporting

*

Support project delivery to schedule and quality targets

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor

*

Strong background in subcontractor management

*

Excellent knowledge of QEHS practices

*

Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure

*

ECS/SSSTS or SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications

*

Ideally has SPEN Comp Persons

This role is Outside IR35 and offers long-term stability for the right candidate.
