Carmicheal are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Team based in Birmingham.

The role is 6 months – Working hours 8am-4.30pm

Providing a responsive front-line service via written communication with members of the public, Birmingham City Councillors and Members of Parliament. Respond to all enquiries within five business days to confirm the outcome of that enquiry.

Your responsibilities:

Liaise with all service areas required to investigate enquiries, provide a full written response within five business days.

Manage own caseload of holding responses is a full response is not possible within five business days.

Investigate and respond to official complaints in line with procedure.

Delivering high quality service to all customers, ensuring the right outcome is given the first time.

Working to KPI’s in line with organisational objectives.

What are we looking for?     

Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills

High level of communication skill across multiple channels (email, letter, telephone)

Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about the customers they are serving

Be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work as part of a team to achieve objectives

Experience in Customer Service is preferred but not essential
