Our clients dynamic, well-established, and friendly Private Client Team is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and highly skilled individual to help deliver exceptional legal services to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, handling complex and challenging disputes involving wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of probate disputes, including challenges to wills, inheritance claims, trust disputes, and contentious estate administration. You will have the chance to take on significant client-facing responsibilities, representing clients in sensitive and high-stakes legal matters, while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic department, handling high-profile and complex probate disputes. You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of contentious issues.

Is this the position for you? 
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters.
You must possess in-depth knowledge of the legal frameworks governing wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance, including the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
You will have proven experience in managing contentious probate matters and complex litigation.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
You will be client-focused, with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate matters or a related area of law.
