Customer Service Advisor
6 Month FTC | £25,0000 | West Malling (Hybrid)
 
Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re working with a leading organisation in the property sector who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their Portfolio team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of property-related projects, from mapping to post-completion
Handling incoming service queries and providing timely, accurate resolutions
Liaising with clients via phone and email, building strong and professional relationships
Maintaining detailed and accurate project records using internal systems
Working closely with internal teams to ensure service standards are consistently metWhat we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills – confident over the phone and in writing
Strong attention to detail, especially when managing large or complex projects
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team
Previous customer service or administration experience would be a plusWhy apply?

£25,000 per annum plus a £2,000 bonus
