Providing one-to-one and small group support, focusing on behavioural guidance and emotional well-being.

Encouraging an inclusive atmosphere where all pupils feel safe, understood, and motivated to learn.

Supporting children with a variety of needs such as SEMH, ADHD, and anxiety – no two days are the same.

Helping implement individual strategies that promote positive choices and emotional development.

Building rapport with pupils, staff, and families to create a strong and united support system.

Supporting students to improve their communication, social skills, and emotional resilience.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Connects well with children and builds trusting relationships with ease.

Brings a calm, positive, and encouraging approach to behaviour management.

Communicates clearly and sensitively with both young people and adults.

Has a solid level of spoken and written English.

Ideally has experience in SEND, mental health support, or a care-related role (though not essential).

Is available full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm).

Is registered with the EWC (or is happy for us to help with registration).

What You’ll Get in Return:

Daily pay rates from £88.92 to £101.92, paid weekly with no hidden deductions.

A dedicated consultant offering ongoing support throughout your journey with us.

Free access to training courses including SEMH, ADHD awareness, behaviour strategies, and safeguarding.

Pension contributions to support your future.

Access to our smart booking system to manage your placements with ease.

Regular recognition for your commitment and hard work.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

A valid or pending enhanced DBS certificate.

Experience (or a strong interest) in working with students with SEMH, ADHD, or emotional needs.

A Team Teach certificate (or willingness to complete the training).

Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
