Belmont Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust on an initial 3 month contract. This is a full time contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The purpose of the role is to give administrative support to the SK core treatment team to help deal with patients who are currently dealing with mental health difficulties.

Main Duties:

* Audio Typing

* Writing letters

* Sending appointment letters

* Answering the phone, speaking to service users and colleagues

* Data inputting on Microsoft Excel

Skills Needed:

* Confidant communication skills

* Great IT skills

* Experience of working with Microsoft packages

* Ability to work as a team or on your own

Requirements:

* Experience working in an administrative role

* 2 years written references

* Enhanced DBS
