34 holidays a year, a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, study leave, hybrid working; these are just some of the amazing perks this Pensions Team Leader role offers.

Monday - Friday 9-5, permanent, hybrid working Leicester/home, 2/3 days split; if you prefer to be in the office full-time that can also be accommodated.

Day to day you be involved with the below duties:

- Oversight of productivity, quality monitoring and team performance
- Excellent rapport building and relationship management, internally and externally
- Escalation subject matter expert for the team
- Resolving complex queries
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are managed and met
- Processing member information requests
- Team competence and delivery as well as development and coaching
- Productivity and absence management

What you'll demonstrate:

- IT skills, Excel, Word and the ability to pick up new systems easily
- High attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict processes and regulations,
- Knowledgeable on pension products
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent numeric skills
- Proven team management experience
