Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working as exclusive partners to this fantastic manufacturing business in order to recruit an energetic and inspiring Commercial Manager.

This is a pivotal role within the business and will form part of the Senior Management Team, so we are looking for the absolute best!

Commercial Manager Role & Responsibilities:

The Commercial Manager will assume full management responsibility of the Commercial Team, comprising the Inside Sales team and Customer Services. This is a truly fast-paced and exciting position with a number of key elements comprising;

Key Account Management
* Cementing solid relations with key Accounts at all levels to maintain partnership status
* Support Business Development initiatives with external BDMs
* Ensuring effective internal communication on customer developments/market changes

Inside Sales team management
*Pipeline Management and maximising growth opportunities thorugh pro-active customer communiation
*Receipt of RFQ and Quote Validation, preparation, submission and follow-up
*Implementation of pricing strategies

Customer Services team management
*PO Receipt, order entry and Contract Review Process
*Customer queries/complaints

Commercial Manager Skills & Experience:

* The ideal candidate will be degree-educated in an Engineering, Science or Business based subject
* You will have exceptional people management experience ideally across both Sales and Customer Services.
* You will be a positive and inspiring leader with the ability to coach and develop staff to reach their full potential
* Proven experience in managing a diverse range of customers and commercial agreements
* Exceptional key account management ideally in a Technical Sales environment
