Construction (Build)
Northampton
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits (DOE)

The Company:
An exciting opportunity has come about for a motivated individual around the East Midlands and surrounding area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact on clients.

Our client is a fledging Main Contractor with offices based in the Midlands and London. They currently enjoy a turnover of £70 million and having recently secured additional projects on the M1 corridor and Birmingham are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. On top of the industrial sector, our client also enjoys successful projects within the Retail, Commercial and Education sector.

About You:
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of the M1 corridor and willing to commute on occasions
• Previous experience on Industrial units (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
