Education and Engagement Specialist

Can you engage the "unengageable"?

Some young people present such challenging behaviours that many believe there's no way to engage or teach them. Whether it's absconding from a lesson, demonstrating violent behaviour or self-harming, it can appear from the outside that there's no way of helping them.

But there's always a way, and these young people simply need the empathy, resilience and creativity of an Education Specialist. In working for Fresh Start in Education, you'll fully utilise your experience & expertise to engage some of society's hardest to reach young people. You'll be the individual that gave them hope when it looked like there was none.

What’s in it for you?

* Autonomy in your planning and teaching with emphasis on learning being student-centred and creative

* Support from a dedicated Education Coordinator

* Access to a bank of resources available to you to use or modify

* Subsidised travel, food and resources
