This is a rare opportunity to shape the direction of multiple high-performing teams and influence the creative and commercial success of a growing business.

The Role As Director of Media & Creative, you’ll oversee the strategic development and day-to-day leadership of Paid Media, Earned, Shared & Owned (ESO) Media, and Creative functions. Oversee media planning, buying, and performance — across digital, social, and traditional channels.

Champion creative direction, ensuring brand storytelling is impactful and audience-led.

Guide the creation of high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms.

Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary team across media and creative.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in message, tone, and execution.

Manage team budgets, resources, and utilisation effectively, ensuring delivery aligns with commercial goals.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years’ experience in media strategy, creative direction, or integrated campaign leadership.

At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, with a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Strong grasp of digital and traditional media channels, content marketing, and creative trends.

Comfortable balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

Data-savvy with an ability to interpret insight and use it to improve campaign performance.

Commercially minded — able to lead on budgeting, profitability, and resource planning.

Exceptional communicator and collaborator.
