We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Trainer for our client-based St Mary Bourne, Andover.

This position is responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained on procedures to operate and/or maintain machinery while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to our client policies and procedures.

Duties:

You will be inducting all new employees to the company and factory processes
You will be responsible for the refresher training to existing employees and specialist training to those taking on additional responsibility
You will be updating the skills matrix
You will be a vital team member for audit purposes, keeping on top of certificates and training logs etc
You will assist team managers in performance analysis and training of operativesEssential skills:

Good organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and with large numbers of peopleDesirable skills:

Team leading
Experience in training
Train the trainer certificateBenefits:

Competitive pay rate of £10.65 per hour, plus £1.50 extra for weekends
Full time (40 hours per week), permanent, 4 on, 4 off
