Project Support Coordinator - Bespoke Joinery (Essex)

Randstad is thrilled to be partnering with a highly respected leader in the bespoke joinery sector, renowned for delivering exceptional craftsmanship to high-end commercial and residential projects across London and the South East. We're on the hunt for a proactive and organised Project Support Coordinator to join their friendly team at their office in Essex

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in a thriving industry. You'll be providing essential support to their busy Project Managers, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of high-quality joinery projects.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and managing sample sheets for clients and project teams.
Assisting Project Managers with printing and organising drawings and other project documentation.
Providing general administrative support to the project team.
Acting as a crucial all-round support person to keep projects moving efficiently.What you'll bring:

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to learn and support a busy team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reliability and a strong work ethic.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Competitive Starting Salary: £22,000 per annum

Holiday Allowance: 20 days, increasing to 25 days after 5 years of service.
