Temp to Perm Customer Service Advisor

Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in office-based, commercial support? We are seeking those with a CV demonstrating call centre experience (or similar) to work in an exciting role, with an immediate start.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities

Answering inbound phone calls
Responding to customer enquiries
Handling queries and questions via Live Chat
Acting as a main point of contact
Providing a positive impression of the business
Making outbound calls
Customer Service Advisor Requirements

It is essential that your CV outlines experience within an office-based, commercial role. You will have previously dealt with clients in a customer-service capacity, and will be happy responding to a range of queries and questions.

Those with experience in a call centre or similar would be perfect applicants for the role.

You will be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A polite and friendly approach is paramount, and you must be sympathetic to those who may be facing a difficult situation at present.

Candidates must be competent users of MS Office, and any experience of using Salesforce would be a huge advantage.

The Location

Our client is based in modern offices in East Oxford (OX4). There is parking available nearby and the office can also be reached using public transport from Central Oxford.

As the role is starting immediately, you must be currently based in Oxfordshire (or within a reasonable commute from the office). The client is looking to interview ASAP, so there will not be sufficient time to relocate for the role.
